The Maison
Redefining Fitness Through Refinement
Where design, performance, and belonging come together — more than a boutique studio. A lifestyle.
The Maison Story
Born from a desire for something more.
Maison Lagree was created to bring a higher standard of training to Vaughan — a space where precision fitness meets elegant design.
Scent, sound, service, ambiance: every detail was chosen with intent, so the room works on you as much as the machine does.
Here, fitness is intentional. Every moment, every movement, and every design choice exists to help you feel stronger — inside and out.
Design is not decoration. It’s discipline.
Est. 2025
A private members’ club, not a gym. Every detail chosen to make strength feel like belonging.
Confidence
Results-driven training inside intentional design — every session built to leave you feeling your best.
Connection
Meaningful relationships between members, instructors, and the space itself.
Belonging
An environment that feels personal, warm, and welcoming — from your first visit on.
The Lagree Method
Strength in precision.
Lagree is a results-driven, full-body training method that combines strength, endurance, cardio, balance, and flexibility — all in a single session. Slow, controlled movement on the Lagree machine keeps muscles engaged under tension to deliver maximum results in minimal time.
The principle is Time Under Tension: muscles held in slow, continuous contraction. High intensity, low impact — gentle on your joints, demanding on everything else.
Benefits at a glance
- Builds lean, functional strength
- Improves posture, balance, and flexibility
- Delivers visible results quickly, and keeps them
Lagree vs Pilates
Similar roots. Different results.
Both methods value control and form. Pilates focuses on mobility and alignment; Lagree adds resistance, endurance, and intensity for change you can feel after every session.

| Impact | Low | Low |
